• Delivery time: 3–5 working days
• You’ll receive tracking info via email or SMS once your order ships
💰Refunds
We want you to love your VellieWear earrings. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
• Refunds only — no exchanges.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Earrings must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

How to Request a Refund:

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund.

We gladly accept exchanges if something’s not quite right with your order.

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Buyer covers return shipping
